The following rules apply for both, all woven labels / patches and all printed labels.
Preferential formats
Vector files in PDF, AI o EPS format. Please make sure to convert all fonts to paths (Illustrator command: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + o). The number of colours should match the number of colours you are defining for the label/patch. If the colours in the file are different from the ones you are ordering, please use the appropriate fileds in the label / patch configurators to assign the colours to the elements in the file. Other formats
Image files like JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF etc. Any image must be in high resolution and the longest side should have at least 1000px. Furthermore, there should be no gradients or shadows in the file.
File dimensions and properties
Ideally, the file should consist of the entire label/patch and should have the aspect ratio of the labels or patch you are ordering. The file surface should be the ared area that is shown in the labels and patches configuration pages.
However, if you upload a logo only, please use the remarks fields in the label configurators to describe the exact position (in case of double-sided labels on both sides), the orientation and the distances to the borders. Our designers will then send you a digital preview of the label/patch.
